The Pärnu Linnavalitsus publishes a notice pursuant to paragraph 128(7) of the planning Law (plans).
The Pärnu Linnavalitsus announces - order No 662 of the Pärnu Municipality of 05.12.2016 initiated the preparation of the building plan for the Tikri TN 1 site in
.
The planning area is located in a residential quarter in the middle of the industrial area of Pärnu Niidu. Industrial buildings predominate in the contact zone. The individual dwellings on the neighbouring properties Mündi tn 12 12, 14 and Tikri TN 3 and the Mureli TN 12 are located in a six-month
.The size of the land at Titikri TN 1 shall be 708 m ². According to the register of works, the land is occupied by 38 m ² and a sixth by 9 m ² of the surface on which the garden house is built. The land use control function on the land is residential land (E), which is in accordance with the existing master plan and is not changed. If the preparation of the plan reveals that it is capable of altering the principal solution of the plan, the need for a strategic environmental assessment must also be considered and subject to an ex ante assessment by the
.The building plan for the area between Kirsi TN, Savi TN, Raba TN and the paths of the builders, established by Decision No 8 of the City Council of Pärnu of 20.01.2005.
The applicant would like to modify the building area on the Tikri TN 1 site in order to legalise the existing garage. The owner has also constructed a dwelling with a dormer structure in place of the existing gardening house, the height of which is not in accordance with the
laid down in the existing building plan.The plan shall ensure the full construction percentage of the building site in accordance with the master plan and the standard parking of the building on its land.
The task of drawing up the building plan is to determine the land construction law, architectural and urban conditions. The zoning plan shall be drawn up in accordance with the general plan of the city of Pärnu, and the land use control function on the land shall be housing estates (e), which shall remain unchanged.
