The competition Authority has received notification of a concentration on 27.01.2017 by which Indy AB (registry code: 559072-8316), a company registered in Sweden, intends to acquire a dominant influence within the meaning of paragraph 19(1)(p) (2) of the Konkonga, the public limited company DNB Bank (registry code: 11315936); Broker of OÜ DNB (registry code: 11588048); Estonian branch of Nordea Bank AB (registry code: 12608043); Nordea Pensions Estonia AS (registry code: 11469303); AS Nordea Finance Estonia (registry code: 10237140); Promano Est OÜ (registry code: 11681888); New Uus-Sadama 11 OÜ (registry code: 11954914).

Under paragraph 27 (13) of the Konkontik, interested parties are entitled to submit their comments and objections to the concentration to the competition Authority within seven calendar days.
