The Environment Agency publishes a notice pursuant to paragraph 30(2) of the Land Law (MaaPS).
The Environment Agency States that application No 12-2/17/1601 for a geological survey permit submitted by Lemminkäinen Eesti AS (registry code: 10114029) (address: Betooni tn 28 Street 28, districts of Lasnamäe, 11415 Tallinn) on 25.01.2017was accepted. The geological survey is applied for in Pärnu county, Paikuse and Surju county in the cadastral districts “Taal Strait 2” (cadastral mark 56801:006:0134; intended purpose: 100% arable land) and “Strait Strait 1” (cadastral mark 75601:006:0244; intended purpose: 100% arable land). Cadastral parcels are paid to the State, the State property manager is the Ministry of the Environment and the authorised authority is the State Riigimetsa Majandamise Keskus. The limit of the catchment area of the test room is not adjacent to adjacent cadastral parcels.
The requested test room is called the Kivina test room. The study aims at exploring construction gravel and construction sand compliant mineral resources at the level of active consumption. The area covered by the enquiry room is 31,40 ha, the enquiry is planned to set up up up to 49 enclosures, an enquiry depth of up to 6 m. the following works are additionally planned: laboratory work, topographic measurement. The survey is carried out by Mäebüroo Nord OÜ (registry code 11560452, address Pärnu Mnt 232, Kristiine district, 11314 Tallinn). Authorisation shall be sought for a period of three years.
The application for a geological survey permit and other relevant documents can be consulted at the Office of the Environment Agency, Viljandi (address Paala Tea 4, 71014 Viljandi, e-mail info@keskkonnaamet.ee, Tel. 435 5610).
The application is available digitally in the http://dhs-ADR kea.envir.ee/.
Until such time as a decision is taken to grant or refuse a geological permit, any person shall have the right to submit reasoned proposals and objections to the Environment Agency. Proposals and objections may be submitted orally or in writing to the info@keskkonnaamet.ee e-mail address or to the postal address Paala tee 4, 71014 iljandi.
The draft prospecting permit shall be further notified by the Environment Agency in the Official Gazette Ametlikud Teadaanded.
