ESTEVE Terminal AS and ESTEVE Stevedoring OÜ, as the companies to be acquired, merged in such a way that 04.05.2017 was entered in THE register of ESTEVE terminals AS the acquiring company and the companies to be acquired were removed from the register.
Creditors of companies are requested to lodge their claims for security within six months of the date of publication of this notice (paragraph 399(1) of the ÄS).
