The Environment Agency publishes a notice pursuant to paragraph 30(2) of the Land Law (MaaPS).

The Environment Agency States that the application for authorisation to prospect for the MarinOVA IV exploration room submitted by OÜ Aigren (registry code: 10853367) (address: Räpina mnt 22b, 65606 Võru) (registered under document management system of the Environment Agency No 02.05.2017 No 12-2/17/5555) has been accepted.
Authorisation for geological surveys shall be sought for the land registry division Lahnova (title 46002:003:1500) and the land registry division Lahnova (title 46002:003:1500) in the municipality of Meremäe in Võru.
The area covered by the requested survey room is 12.63 ha. This is a mineral consumption survey on the MarinOVA doloic deposit (registry card 612), which envisages the construction of up to 6 wells and 10 exploration wells. The exploration depth is up to 18 m. dolomite is the target mineral. The period of validity of the authorisation applied for shall be 3 years. The survey is carried out by the OSU in the Estonian Geological Centre.

The application for a geological survey permit and other relevant documents can be consulted at the offices of the Environment Agency, Võru (flock 17a, 65608 Võru; louna@keskkonnaamet.ee; 680 7914).
The application shall be digitally accessible to the http://dhs-ADR kea.envir.ee/ until

a decision is taken to grant or refuse authorisation for the prospection, and everyone shall have the right to submit reasoned proposals and objections to the Environment Agency. Proposals and objections may be submitted orally or in writing to an e-mail address at the louna@keskkonnaamet.ee or postal address at herd 17a, 65608.

The draft authorisation or refusal to grant a geological survey shall be further notified by the Environment Agency in the Official Gazette Ametlikud Teadaanded.
