The Environment Agency publishes a notice under paragraph 47(2) of the General Law on the Environment (KeÜS).

The Environment Agency reports that the EXCAVATOR of OÜ AAB (registry code: 11202273) (address: Kungla tn 56c, Valga City, County of Valga, 68205) submitted an application for authorisation to exploit the mineral resources of the Krütdner or sandy quarry (registered under document management system 21.04.2017 No 12-2/17/5141 of the Environment Agency).

The mountain allocation of the crysner or sandy quarry is located in the sandstone deposit at Krüüdner (registry card No 0320) in Põlva County, municipality of White Lake, in the village of Krüüdner on the Tonda cadastral division (cadastral mark 85601:002:0722).

Mountain reserves have an area of 2.0 ha and mountain reserves an area of 2.32 ha. According to the application for authorisation for the extraction of mineral resources, the amount of active consumption of building sand from mining reserves is 194 thousand m ³. The stock to be extracted is 142 thousand m ³ of building sand. An average annual extraction rate of 10 thousand m ³ is requested. The applications of mineral resources include road construction and construction. The period of validity applied for is 15 years.

The application for authorisation to exploit mineral resources and other relevant documents can be consulted at the Office of the Environment Agency, Võru (flock 17a, 65608 Võru; louna@keskkonnaamet.ee; 680 7914).
The application is available in digital form at the http://dhs-ADR kea.envir.ee/ until

the decision to grant or refuse authorisation has been taken, everyone has the right to submit reasoned proposals and objections to the Environment Agency. Proposals and objections may be submitted orally or in writing to an e-mail address at the louna@keskkonnaamet.ee or postal address at herd 17a, 65608.

The preparation of the draft authorisation or refusal shall be further notified by the Environment Agency in the Official Gazette Ametlikud Teadaanded.
