The Environment Agency publishes a notice under paragraph 47(2) of the General Law on the Environment (KeÜS).
The Environment Agency reports that the EXCAVATOR of OÜ AAB (registry code: 11202273) (address: Kungla tn 56c, Valga City, Valga County, 68205) submitted an application for authorisation to exploit the mineral resources of the mountain deposit of the Säre sand quarry (registered in the Environment Agency's document management system 21.04.2017 No 12-2/17/5140).
The mountain allocation of the shirt sandy quarry is located in the Säre sandpastry deposit (registry card No 0944) in the municipality of Antsla, in the municipality of Võru, in the village of Säre, on the land registry division Kunnamäe (cadastral identification No 14302:002:0411).
The mountain allocation has an area of 1.46 ha and the service area of the mountain allocation is 2.15 ha. According to the application for authorisation for the extraction of mineral resources, the amount of active consumption of aggregate sand from mining reserves is 60 thousand m ³. The stock to be extracted is 58 thousand m ³ of aggregate sand. An average annual extraction rate of 4 thousand m ³ is requested. Mineral resources are used in the construction and construction of roads. The period of validity applied for is 15 years.
The application for authorisation to exploit mineral resources and other relevant documents can be consulted at the Office of the Environment Agency, Võru (flock 17a, 65608 Võru; louna@keskkonnaamet.ee; 680 7914).
The application is available in digital form at the http://dhs-ADR kea.envir.ee/ until
the decision to grant or refuse authorisation has been taken, everyone has the right to submit reasoned proposals and objections to the Environment Agency. Proposals and objections may be submitted orally or in writing to an e-mail address at the louna@keskkonnaamet.ee or postal address at herd 17a, 65608.
The preparation of the draft decision granting or refusing the mining permit shall be further notified by the Environment Agency in the Official Gazette Ametlikud Teadaanded.
