The Sihtasutus Eesti Mälu Instituut (registry code 90013822) publishes a notice pursuant to paragraph 64(1) of the Law on foundations (SAS).
The foundation notifies the merger. The Sihtasutus Eesti Mälu Instituut (registry code 90013822) and the Sihtasutus Eesti Mälu Instituut (registry code: 90009677), based in Tallinn, participated in the merger. The foundation Eesti Sihtasutus Eesti Mälu Instituut (registry code 90009677) and the foundation Unitas (registry code 90009754) participated in the merger. These foundations came to an end as a result of the merger and will continue to operate in the foundation created as a result of the merger, the Estonian Institute of memory (registry code 90013822).
Creditors of foundations are requested to submit their claims for security within six months of the publication of this notice (§ 64(1) SAS).
