The Environment Agency publishes a notice pursuant to paragraph 30(2) of the Land Law (MaaPS).
The Environment Agency States that the application for authorisation to prospect for mineral resources submitted by Lemminkäinen Eesti AS (registry code: 10114029) (address: betooni tn 28, districts of Lasnamäe, Tallinn, Harju County, 11415) (also referred to as the exploration authorisation) has been accepted.
The exploration licence is applied for in the municipality of Illuka, eastern Viru, in the village of Kuremäe, on the state-owned land of Kruusamäe (the cadastritus identifier is 22901:003:0130, with a 100% focus on arable land) managed by the Ministry of the Environment and the AECE is the State Riigimetsa Majandamise Keskus. The area covered by the requested survey room is 18.48 ha. This is a consumables survey which plans to build up up up to 12 wells and up to 30 exploration cavities. The exploration depth is up to 12 m. the surveyed mineral is a building gravel, building sand, filling sand, filling crucible used in the construction of general and road constructions and as fill soil. The period of validity of the authorisation applied for shall be 3 years. The name of the enquiry room is the Railway enquiry room.
The application for authorisation to prospect and other relevant documents can be consulted at the nearest Office of the Environment Agency (tel +372 5698 0504, e-mail info@keskkonnaamet.ee).
The application is available digitally from the Register of documents of the Environment Agency at http://dhs-ADR-kea.envir.ee/.
Until such time as a decision is taken to grant or refuse a permit for prospecting, any person shall have the right to submit to the Environment Agency reasoned proposals and objections to the application. Proposals and objections may be submitted orally or in writing to the e-mail address info@keskkonnaamet.ee or to the postal address Viljandi mnt 16, 11216 TALLINN.
The draft decision to grant or refuse authorisation for prospecting shall be further notified by the Environment Agency in the Official Gazette Ametlikud Teadaanded.
