The Environment Agency publishes a notice pursuant to paragraph 30(2) of the Land Law (MaaPS).

The Environment Agency States that the application for a geological exploration permit submitted by the OÜ of Mineral resources (registry code: 14212964) (address Harju County, Jõelähtme Municipality, Loo Levik, Kuusiku tee 18-13, 74201) has been accepted.
Authorisation to carry out geological surveys is sought in the village of Viljandi, County Viljandi, in the State-owned cadastral parcel oil Region 71 (cadastral Identifier 62904:001:1021). The area covered by the requested survey room is 34.33 ha. This is a consumables survey, which plans to build up up up to 30 wells and up to 30 exploration cavities. The exploration depth is up to 20 m. the resources to be studied are sand and gravel. The period of validity of the authorisation applied for shall be 2 years. The name of the enquiry room is the enquiry room itself. The study is carried out by the Mineral resources OÜ.

Access to the application for a geological survey permit and other relevant documents shall be available at the nearest office of the Environment Agency.
the application shall be digitally accessible from the Register of documents of the Environment Agency at http://dhs-ADR-kea.envir.ee/

until the decision to grant or refuse a geological survey permit is taken, everyone shall have the right to submit reasoned proposals and objections to the application to the Environment Agency. Proposals and objections may be submitted orally or in writing to an e-mail address in info@keskkonnaamet.ee or at the address Alexander 14, 51004 Tartu.

The draft prospecting permit shall be further notified by the Environment Agency in the Official Gazette Ametlikud Teadaanded.
