The Environment Agency publishes a notice pursuant to paragraph 30(2) of the Land Law (MaaPS).
The Environment Agency States that the application for authorisation to prospect for the Piirsalu II exploration room submitted by Melli Auto (registry code: 11099645) (address: Regione Rapla, Municipality of Rapla, Kuimetsa village-Põllu 12, 79302) (registered under document management system 12.02.2018 under document number 12-2/18/2435 of the Environment Agency) has been accepted.
The application for a geological survey is made for a private Rõõsa parcel (cadastral identification 36302:001:0271) in Kos, Harju County. The area covered by the requested survey room is 8.63 ha. The geological survey shall be carried out in order to clarify the possibilities of exploiting and extracting the material present in the Piirsalu II trial room (construction and filling sand, construction and filling gravel). This is a consumable stock survey, which plans to build up up up to 20 wells and up to 20 exploration cavities. The research depth is limited to 20 m. for the sake of completeness, the study plans to carry out the following ad hoc work: Determination of the steel composition of the material, of the physico-mechanical properties of the filtration module and of the gravel; topographic measurements. The survey is carried out by OÜ Inseneribüroo STEIGER (registry code 11206437, address Männiku tee 104, Tallinn, Harju County, 11216).
The application for authorisation to prospect and other relevant documents can be consulted at the nearest Office of the Environment Agency (tel 674 4804, e-mail info@keskkonnaamet.ee).
The application is available digitally from the Register of documents of the Environment Agency at http://dhs-ADR-kea.envir.ee/.
Until such time as a decision is taken to grant or refuse authorisation for a prospecting operation, any person shall have the right to submit reasoned proposals and objections to the Environment Agency. Proposals and objections may be submitted orally or in writing to the e-mail address pohja@keskkonnaamet.ee or to the postal address Viljandi mnt 16, 11216 Tallinn.
The draft decision to grant or refuse authorisation for prospecting shall be further notified by the Environment Agency in the Official Gazette Ametlikud Teadaanded.
