The Environment Agency publishes a notice pursuant to paragraph 30(2) of the Land Law (MaaPS).
The Environment Agency States that the application for authorisation to prospect for the Soomra or exploration room submitted by OÜ Tambira (registry code: 11686259) (address: Kärbu village, Pärnu City, 88310 Pärnu County) on 14.03.2018 (adjusted application under document management system of the registered Environment Agency No 12-2/18/3750-3) has been accepted.
Authorisation to prospect is sought for beet on land owned by the applicant in the village of Soomra in Pärnu, County Pärnu (cadastral identification 15905:001:0002, new registration number 1025506). The area covered by the requested survey room is 4.40 ha. The purpose of the study is to conduct a survey on mineral consumption in order to determine the distribution of mineral resources (sand, gravel), the thickness of the useful layer, the quality and the conditions of extraction. The studies plan to build up up to 15 exploration voids and up to 15 wells with a depth of up to 8 m; other planned ad hoc work: laboratory studies, topogogodetic measurements, water level measurements. The study is carried out by Maavarauuringud OÜ (registry code 14346587, address sand 41, 50303 Tartu). The period of validity applied for is 2 years.
The application for authorisation to prospect and other relevant documents can be consulted at the nearest Office of the Environment Agency (+372 680 7438, info@keskkonnaamet.ee).
The application is available digitally from the Register of documents of the Environment Agency at http://dhs-ADR-kea.envir.ee/.
Until such time as a decision is taken to grant or refuse a permit for prospecting, any person shall have the right to submit to the Environment Agency reasoned proposals and objections to the application. Proposals and objections may be submitted orally or in writing to the info@keskkonnaamet.ee e-mail address or to the postal address Paala tee 4, 71014 iljandi.
The draft decision to grant or refuse authorisation for prospecting shall be further notified by the Environment Agency in the Official Gazette Ametlikud Teadaanded.
