Notice of initiation of a prospecting permit procedure

The Environment Agency publishes a notice pursuant to paragraph 30(2) of the Land Law (MaaPS).
The Environment Agency notifies that the Mineral resources OÜ (registry code: 14212964) (address: Kuusiku tee 18-13, Loo alevik, Jõelähtme Municipality, 74201 Harju County) applies for a geological exploration permit. Authorisation for geological exploration shall be sought for seed production for cadastral parcels in Jõgeva County, Jõgeva County, village of Liivoja (register number 2841635, cadastral mark 24802:001:0870) and Cört-Pärtli (register number no, registry number 24802:001:0127). The State Treasury responsible for seed production in the cadastral unit shall be the Ministry of Rural Affairs and the Estonian Eesti Taimekasvatuse Instituut and the Centre for the Environment in the cadastral unit Kört-Pärtli shall act as the authorised authority. The test room is called Jõgeva test room. The area covered by the requested survey room is 31.05 ha. This is a consumables survey, which plans to build up up up to 30 wells with a research depth of up to 30 m. the resources under examination are building limestone and dolomite. The period of validity of the authorisation applied for shall be 2 years. The study is carried out by the Mineral resources OÜ.
The application for authorisation to prospect and other relevant documents can be consulted at the nearest office of the Environment Agency (tel 776 2419, e-mail info@keskkonnaamet.ee).
The application is available digitally from the Register of documents of the Environment Agency at http://dhs-ADR-kea.envir.ee/.
Until such time as a decision is taken to grant or refuse a permit for prospecting, any person shall have the right to submit to the Environment Agency reasoned proposals and objections to the application. Proposals and objections may be submitted orally or in writing to the following e-mail address: info@keskkonnaamet.ee or postal address: AIA 2, Jõgeva Municipality, Jõgeva Municipality, 48306 County of Jõgeva.
The draft prospecting permit shall be further notified by the Environment Agency in the Official Gazette Ametlikud Teadaanded.
