The Harju Maakohus (Harju District Court), Tallinn, publishes a notice on the basis of paragraphs 17(2) and 21(1) of the bankruptcy Act (PankrS).
By order of 18.12.2018 in civil case No 2-18-18358, the creditor's application for a declaration of insolvency
of the debtor's Tarne OÜ (registry code: 14300912, address: Harju County, Tallinn, Nõmme Municipality, Sambliku tn 5, 10912) was entered in the proceedings. By order of 25.01.2019 in civil case No 2-18-18358, the hearing was scheduled for 12.03.2019, starting at 13.00 at the Harju Maakohus in the Hall of Tallinn, No 3006.
Prohibit the debtor from disposing of all the assets without the consent of the provisional liquidator (paragraph 20(1) of the PankrS). Appoint Kristo Tder, a sworn lawyer (Maria Mägi law firm, established in tatari 25, 10116 Tallinn; e-mail kristo@mmab.ee; telephone 6 640 600) as the ad hoc liquidator of Tarne OÜ.
