The Harju Maakohus (Harju District Court), Tallinn, publishes a notice pursuant to paragraph 30(2) of the bankruptcy Act (PankrS).
12.03.2019 by order in civil proceedings No 2-18-18358, the amount of the debtor, the Tarne OÜ (registry code: 14300912, address: Harju County, Tallinn, Nõmme Municipality, Sambliku tn 5, 10912), the amount to be paid into the account provided for that purpose as a deposit for the costs of the bankruptcy proceedings, in order to avoid the insolvency proceedings becoming inoperative, was fixed at EUR 3 000 and 26.03.2019.
The court shall not close the proceedings if the sum specified by the court is paid as a deposit to cover the costs of the bankruptcy proceedings.
The amount must be paid into the Treasury account No EE5710220229377229 (SEB Bank), No EE062200221059223099 (Swedbank) or No 221700017003510302 (Nordea Bank) of THE Ministry of Finance. Submit to the court either a payment order certifying payment of the deposit or information enabling it to be verified that the deposit has been received in a bank account held by the Ministry of Finance.
