The Rapla Vallavalitsus publishes a notice pursuant to paragraph 128(7) of the planning Law (plans).

The Rapla Vallavalitsus States that, by order No 300 of the Municipality of Rapla of 22 July 2019, entitled “establishment of a building plan”, the drawing up of a building plan in accordance with the master plan was initiated in the Municipality of Mahlamäe tn 10 in Rapla.
The purpose of the zoning plan is to lay down the right to build a retail building on the land to be formed as a result of the division of the Mahlamäe TN 10.
The zoning plan shall cover the western part of the land at Mahlamäe tn 10 (cadastral mark 66901:001:0606) and the adjacent parts of the land in Rapla. The planning area is bordered from the north by the street of Mahlamäe, from the west by the street of Forest Park, from the south by the Forest Park, from the east by the administrative building of Rapla KEK. In justified cases, such as the need for servitude for the passage and technical networks in the event of the emergence of areas outside the boundaries of the planning area determined when the building plan was initiated, the planning area may be extended in cooperation with the landowners concerned. The conditions of servitude and the location of technical networks and passageways shall be agreed with the landowners concerned when the plan is drawn up. The size of the planning area is approximately 1 ha.

There is no need for further studies to be carried out at the time the plan is initiated.
