Notice of initiation of a prospecting permit procedure

The Environment Agency publishes a notice pursuant to paragraph 30(2) of the Land Law (MaaPS).

The Environment Agency States that the application for amendment of the geological exploration licence submitted by AS TREV-2 Grupp (registry code: 10047362) (address Pärnu mnt 463, 10916 Tallinn) has been accepted. According to the application, the validity of the exploration licence for the Tammistu survey room is to be extended for a period of three years.

The Tammistu survey room is located in the village of dogs in Pärnu, County of West Bank, in the State-owned cadastral division Varbla, district 63 (cadastral mark 86302:003:0056), the management of which is the Ministry of the Environment and the authorised authority of the Riigimetsa Majandamise Keskus. The purpose of the requested survey is to conduct a survey on the consumption of mineral resources (sand and gravel) with up to 40 wells and up to 40 exploration runs at a depth of up to 15 m. the area covered by the exploration room is 39,60 ha. The geological survey is carried out by AS TREV-2 Group (registry code 10047362, address Pärnu mnt 463, 10916 Tallinn).

The application for a geological survey permit and other relevant documents can be consulted at the nearest Office of the Environment Agency.
the application is available digitally from the Register of documents of the Environment Agency at http://dhs-ADR-kea.envir.ee/.

Until such time as a decision is taken to amend or not amend a prospecting permit, any person shall have the right to submit reasoned proposals and objections to the Environment Agency. Proposals and objections may be submitted orally or in writing to an e-mail address at the info@keskkonnaamet.ee address or postal address Tallinn 22, Kuressaare, the municipality of Saaremaa, the island region 93819.

The draft decision amending the permit for prospecting shall be further notified by the Environment Agency in the Official Gazette Ametlikud Teadaanded.
