Notice of initiation of a prospecting permit procedure

The Environment Agency publishes a notice pursuant to paragraph 30(2) of the Land Law (MaaPS).

The Environment Agency States that the application for a geological exploration licence submitted by Osaühing pro Petraks (registry code: 11293867) (address: Pärnu County, Pärnu City, Pärnu City, Jalaka tn 4, 80019) has been accepted.

Authorisation to carry out geological surveys is sought in the municipality of Häädemeeste in Pärnu, Tahkuranna village, for blue ll (cadastral mark 84801:004:0308), a private cadastral parcel. The area covered by the requested survey room is 7.37 ha. This is a consumables survey which plans to build up up up to 20 wells with a research depth of up to 7,5 m. the resources under examination are building and filling sands. The period of validity of the authorisation applied for shall be 2 years. The survey is carried out by OÜ mineral exploration.

The application for authorisation to exploit has been examined by the environmental register data processor, the Maa-amet. The area served by the requested exploration room partly overlaps with the block of the active reserve 1 of the building sand of the Võiste sand deposit (registry card No 0704). On the recommendation of the Land Authority, define the area of exploration for the purposes of the grant of the exploration permit on the basis of the practice of naming the exploration spaces and taking into account the overlap with the field, as the exploration room in Viste II.

The application for authorisation to prospect and other relevant documents can be consulted at the nearest office of the Environment Agency.
The application is available digitally from the Register of documents of the Environment Agency at http://dhs-ADR-kea.envir.ee/.

Until such time as a decision is taken to grant or refuse a geological exploration licence, any person shall have the right to submit reasoned proposals and objections to the Environment Agency. Proposals and objections may be submitted orally or in writing to the e-mail address info@keskkonnaamet.ee or to the postal address Viljandi mnt 16, 11216, Tallinn.

The draft geological exploration licence shall be further notified by the Environment Agency in the official publication Ametlikud Teadaanded.
