Notice of initiation of the mining authorisation procedure

The Environment Agency publishes a notice under paragraph 47(2) of the General Law on the Environment (KeÜS).

The Environment Agency States that the application for authorisation submitted by AS TREV-2 Group (registry code: 10047362) (address Pärnu mnt 463, 10916 Tallinn) to exploit the mineral reserves of the Abissaare sandy quarry has been accepted.
The Abfia sandy quarry is located in Põlva County, in the municipality of cannabis, in the village of Sulaoja, in the State-owned cadastral unit whose authorised authority is the State Forest Management Centre. The applicant is located in the “Erasmus blood afforestation 90” cadastral unit (identifier 85603:001:0008). The mountain allocation applied for is situated in Abissaare's sandy field (registry card No 0084). The mountain allocation has an area of 15.75 ha and the service area of the mountain allocation is 20.99 ha. The quantity of overburden is 65 thousand m3, including the quantity of soil 39 thousand m3. The active consumption of Mineral reserves related to mountain reserves is as follows:
Building gravel 832 ash m3;
Building sand 1 256 thousand m3;
Filler sand 469 thousand m3/h m3.
Mining stocks:
Building gravel 698 ash m3;
Building sand 1 079 thousand m3;
Filler sand 397 thousand m3.
The average annual extraction volume is 100 h. m3. The mining company is AS TREV-2 Group. The use of mineral resources is road construction and renovation. The authorisation is requested for a period of 15 years.

The application for authorisation to exploit mineral resources and other relevant documents can be consulted at the nearest Office of the Environment Agency (e-mail info@keskkonnaamet.ee).
The application is available in digital form at the http://dhs-ADR kea.envir.ee/ until

the decision to grant or refuse authorisation has been taken, everyone has the right to submit reasoned proposals and objections to the Environment Agency. Proposals and objections may be submitted orally or in writing to an e-mail address at the info@keskkonnaamet.ee or postal address at herd 17a, 65608.

The preparation of the draft mining permit will be further notified by the Environment Agency in the Official Gazette Ametlikud Teadaanded.
