The Environment Agency publishes a notice under paragraph 47(2) of the General Law on the Environment (KeÜS).

The Environment Agency States that the request for modification of the mining permit for the Haaker dolomite quarry by Haaker (registry code: 10206205) (address: winter tn 77, city of Kuressaare, municipality of Saaremaa, district of Saaremaa 93816) has been accepted.

The cartridge quarry of dolomite is located in Saaremaa, County Saaremaa, in the village of Selgas (Mustjat) at the dolomite deposit (registry card No 0061). The mountain allocation and its catchment area are situated on private land in the cadastral division Haaker (cadastral title 48301:002:0375, intended for 100% mining land).

The permit amends the period of validity, replaces the maximum annual mineral extraction rate with an average annual rate, corrects the amount of the stock and extends the period of validity of the permit.

The procedure for initiating an amendment to the environmental permit and other relevant documents can be consulted at the nearest office of the Environment Agency.
The application is available digitally in the document management system of the Environment Agency, http://dhs-ADR-kea.envir.ee/.

Until such time as a decision is taken to amend the permit, any person shall have the right to submit reasoned proposals and objections to the Environment Agency. Proposals and objections may be submitted orally or in writing to an e-mail address in info@keskkonnaamet.ee or to a postal address in info@keskkonnaamet.ee or to a postal address in info@keskkonnaamet.ee or to a postal address in Tallinn 22, Kuressaare, the municipality of Saaremaa, the island region 93819.

The draft decision amending the environmental permit shall be further notified by the Environment Agency in the Official Gazette Ametlikud Teadaanded.
