The Environment Agency publishes a notice under paragraph 47(2) of the General Law on the Environment (KeÜS).

The Environment Agency States that the request submitted by AS Tariston (registry code: 10887843) (address Pärnu mnt 158/1, 11317 Tallinn) to amend the mining authorisation for the Parts VI gravel quarry has been accepted.

According to the application, the intention is to modify the mining authorisation of the Parts VI gravel quarry by extending the slipway to the Killustiku land (cadastral Division Identifier 20501:001:0470). The surface area of the mountain allocation applied for is 16.83 ha. The other particulars shall not be changed on the authorization.

The environmental permit application and other relevant documents can be consulted at the nearest Office of the Environment Agency.
The application is available digitally in the document management system of the Environment Agency, http://dhs-ADR-kea.envir.ee/.

Until a decision is taken to amend an environmental permit, everyone has the right to submit reasoned proposals and objections to the application to the Environment Agency. Proposals and objections may be submitted orally or in writing to an e-mail address at the info@keskkonnaamet.ee address or postal address Tallinn 22, Kuressaare, the municipality of Saaremaa, the island region 93819.

The draft decision amending the environmental permit shall be further notified by the Environment Agency in the Official Gazette Ametlikud Teadaanded.
