The competition Authority publishes a notice pursuant to paragraph 27 (12) of the Konkonks (Law on competition).
On 27.02.2020, the competition Authority adopted Decision No 5-5/2020-007 pursuant to paragraph 27(1)(1) of the Konx, with the result that Nordecon AS (registry code: 10099962); Petram OÜ (registry code: 12793170) may acquire joint control over Embach Ehitus OÜ (registry code: 12802319) as a consul within the meaning of paragraph 19(1)(3).
