The Environment Agency publishes a notice pursuant to paragraph 30(2) of the Land Law (MaaPS).
The Environment Agency States that the application for a geological exploration licence submitted by EMG Arendus OÜ (registration code: 14212964) (address: municipality of Kuusalu, Kiiu subbasik, Vana-Narva mnt 11b, 74604) has been accepted.
The geological survey is requested in Harju County, Kuusalu, Valkla County, on the State-owned Tammesaare property (cadastral mark 35201:001:0074). The test room is called the Valkla II test room. The area covered by the requested survey room is 5.29 ha. The southern part of the requested survey room service area shall overlap by ~ 20 m with block 2 of the active reserve of building limestone for the Valkla limestone deposit (registry card No 0056).
The purpose of the prospecting shall be to determine the conditions, composition and technological characteristics of natural deposits, including mineral deposits, and to determine the possible uses of the natural deposits to be studied, including mineral deposits. The study plans to build up up a maximum of 10 wells with a research depth of up to 15 m. the resources to be studied are building limestone. The period of validity of the authorisation applied for shall be 2 years. The study is carried out by EMG Arendus OÜ.
The application for authorisation to prospect and other relevant documents can be consulted at the nearest office of the Environment Agency.
The application is available digitally from the Register of documents of the Environment Agency at http://dhs-ADR-kea.envir.ee/.
Until such time as a decision is taken to grant or refuse a geological exploration licence, any person shall have the right to submit reasoned proposals and objections to the Environment Agency. Proposals and objections may be submitted orally or in writing to the e-mail address info@keskkonnaamet.ee or to the postal address Viljandi mnt 16, 11216, Tallinn.
The draft geological exploration licence shall be further notified by the Environment Agency in the official publication Ametlikud Teadaanded.
