The Environment Agency publishes a notice pursuant to paragraph 30(2) of the Land Law (MaaPS).

The Environment Agency States that the application for a geological exploration permit for the Mureoru exploration room submitted by as TREV-2 Group (registry code: 10047362) (address Pärnu mnt 463, 10916 Tallinn) has been accepted.

The geological survey is requested in order to carry out a geological survey in the municipality of West Anna, Pärnu, in the State-owned cadastral block 86302:003:0056 Varbla, district 63. The area covered by the requested survey room is 31.36 ha. This is a consumption inventory survey. In the course of the geological exploration, it is planned to build up up to 30 wells and up to 30 exploration voids of an exploration depth of up to 10 m. the exploitable minerals are the building sand, the filling sand and the building gravel, the filling gravel. In addition, the study plans to carry out the following ad hoc work: sediment clearance, filtration, wells and mines are analysed for water levels. The survey is carried out by AS TREV-2 Group (registry code 10047362, address Pärnu mnt 463, 10916 Tallinn). The period of validity of the authorisation applied for shall be 5 years.

The application for authorisation to prospect and other relevant documents can be consulted at the nearest office of the Environment Agency.
The application shall be made available digitally from the Register of documents of the Environment Agency at http://dhs-ADR-kea.envir.ee/

until the decision to grant or refuse the research permit is taken, everyone shall have the right to submit reasoned proposals and objections to the application to the Environment Agency. Proposals and objections may be submitted orally or in writing to an e-mail address at the info@keskkonnaamet.ee address or postal address Tallinn 22, Kuressaare, the municipality of Saaremaa, the island region 93819.

The draft prospecting permit shall be further notified by the Environment Agency in the Official Gazette Ametlikud Teadaanded.
