Notice of initiation of a prospecting permit procedure

The Environment Agency publishes a notice pursuant to paragraph 30(2) of the Land Law (MaaPS).

The Environment Agency States that the application for authorisation to prospect for the Lodja Trade room submitted by Grenor Trade (registry code: 10500525) (address: Pärnu County, Pärnu City, Pärnu City, Kase tn. 18) has been accepted.

The application for a geological exploration licence shall be made on land owned by Lepalinnu (identifier 71102:001:0135) and Allar Pinnar, a Member of the board of directors of Grenor Trade, on land owned by the applicant in Lodja village Saarland (ID 71001:001:0254). The area covered by the requested survey room is 4.38 ha. The purpose of the geological survey is to determine, at the level of consumption, the volume and quality of the sediment (sand, gravel) distributed in the test room. In the course of the geological exploration, it is planned to construct up to 30 excavation voids at an exploration depth of up to 6 m. the resources to be studied are sand and gravel. In addition, water levels are measured at test points. In addition, the study plans to carry out the following ad hoc work: topogogo-detic measurements, samples for the determination of the steel composition of the material and, in the case of gravel, also for the determination of the resistance to breakage. The surveyor is a Maavarauuringud OÜ (registry code 14346587, address Liiva tn 41, Tartu 50303). The period of validity of the authorisation applied for shall be 2 years.

Until such time as a decision is taken to grant or refuse authorisation for a prospecting operation, any person shall have the right to submit reasoned proposals and objections to the Environment Agency. Proposals and objections may be submitted orally or in writing to the info@keskkonnaamet.ee e-mail address or to the postal address Paala tee 4, 71014 iljandi.

The draft prospecting permit shall be further notified by the Environment Agency in the Official Gazette Ametlikud Teadaanded.
