Keskkonnaamet publishes this announcement under paragraph 30(2) of the Rural Law (MaaPS).
 
Keskkonnaamet announces, that AS TREV-2 Grupp (registry code: 10047362) (address Harju maakond, Tallinn, Nõmme linnaosa, Pärnu mnt 463)the application for a permit to prospect for the Nepste V exploration room submitted by the applicant has been granted.

The application for a geological exploration licence is made in the land registry of Liksaare district 2 (cadastral title 21302:001:0094) in the village of Nepste, Pärnu, County Häädemeeste, managed by the Ministry of the Environment and an authorised authority by the State Riigimetsa Majandamise Keskus. The area covered by the requested survey room is 18.06 ha. It is planned to build up up to 20 wells, up to 20 exploration voids and research depth up to 10 m. the exploitable mineral resource is sand and gravel. The period of validity of the authorisation applied for shall be 5 years. The test room is called the Nepste V test room. The study is carried out by AS TREV-2 Group.

Until the #tk_menetluse_liik# decision is taken, everyone hase the right to submit reasoned proposals and objections to the To the Environment Agency.  Proposals and objections may be submitted orally or in writing to the e-mail address info@keskkonnaamet.ee or the postal aadress Viljandi maakond, Viljandi linn, Paala tee 4.
