Keskkonnaamet publishes this announcement under paragraph 30(2) of the Rural Law (MaaPS).
 
Keskkonnaamet announces, that TAAVI MÕTS (national identification 38110295728) (address aadressi andmeid ei avaldata vastavalt avaliku teabe seadusele § 35 lõike 1 punktile 12)the application for a geological exploration licence for the exploration room II submitted by the applicant has been accepted.

The geological survey is requested for a geological survey on the Johan-Rais site owned by the applicant in the village of Tahkuranna in the municipality of Häädemeeste in Pärnu (cadastral division 84801:004:0459). The area covered by the requested survey room is 7.7 ha. This is a consumption inventory survey. In the course of the geological exploration, it is planned to build up up to 15 wells and up to 15 exploration voids of an exploration depth of up to 10 m. the exploration resources are sand and gravel. Water levels shall be measured at test points. For the sake of completeness, the study plans to carry out the following ad hoc work: topogogodetic
measurement, samples to determine the steel composition of the material or, in the case of gravel, also the resistance to breakage (LA test). The surveyor is a Maavarauuringud OÜ (registry code 14346587, address Liiva tn 41, Tartu 50303). The period of validity of the authorisation applied for shall be 2 years.
