Keskkonnaamet publishes this announcement under paragraph 30(2) of the Rural Law (MaaPS).
 
Keskkonnaamet announces, that OÜ Agnus Grupp (registry code: 10839494) (address Lossipark 4, Kuressaare, Saaremaa vald, 93813 Saare maakond)the application for a geological exploration licence submitted by Ooremaa V has been accepted.

The geological survey is requested for a geological survey to be carried out in Saaremaa County, Nõmpa village, on a privately owned spruce village (cadastre 37301:001:0173). The area covered by the requested survey room is 15.21 ha. This is a consumption inventory survey. In the course of the geological exploration, it is planned to construct up to 20 exploration voids with an exploration depth of up to 6 m. the exploitable minerals are the faecal and filling sand and the construction and filling gravel. Water levels shall be measured at test points. In addition, the study is intended to carry out the following ad hoc work: Determination of the steel composition of the material, of the physico-mechanical properties of the filtration module and of the gravel; topographical
measurement. The survey is carried out by OÜ Inseneribüroo STEIGER (registry code 11206437, address Männtee 104,11216 Tallinn). The period of validity of the authorisation applied for is 2 years
