Rapla Vallavalitsus publishes this announcement under Section 128(7) of the planning Act (plans).

Rapla Vallavalitsus announces that the BUILDING plan " by Decision No 20 of the Rapla Vallavolikogu of 28 April 2017 was " initiated in the city of Rapla in Tallinn mnt 2 (67001:0056) in accordance with the master plan.

The purpose of the plan is to provide for a building right for the extension of the service station and the construction of a car park, for the resolution of streets, access and traffic management. The size of the planning area is approximately 0,8 ha.

The need to draw up a plan is apparent from paragraph 125(1)(1) and (3) of the plans and from the master plan of the Municipality of Rapla. For more detail on the plan: http://rapla.kovtp.ee/algatamine.

In the context of the cooperation which began after the building plan was initiated, a mutually satisfactory solution was not found for a long time and the question arose as to whether the development of the plan should be completed shortly after it was initiated. In 2020, it was decided to reduce the scope envisaged by the plan, which gave rise to a new expectation that a compromise would be found between the interested parties and the parties concerned.
