Keskkonnaamet publishes this announcement under Section 47(2) of the General Law on the Environment (KeÜS).
Keskkonnaamet declares that VALICECAR OÜ (registry code: 11102086) (address Pärnu maakond, Lääneranna vald, Pikavere küla, Tooma) the application for an environmental permit to exploit the mineral reserves of the Massiaru III sandy quarry, submitted by the applicant, has been granted.
The environmental permit for the mountain allocation of the massiaru III sandy quarry is applied for in the municipality of Häädemeeste, in the village of Massiaru, in Pärnu, on private land, in the form of bird songs (identifier: 21301:001:0167), children (identifier: 21302:003:0128), access (identifier: 21302:003:0031), warehouse fields (identifier: 21301:001:0166), warehouse fields (identifier: 21302:003:0095).
The area of the mountain allocation applied for is 24.49 ha and that of the service area of the mountain allocation is 24.49 ha. The extracted minerals are, according to the application, building sand (an active consumable reserve of 699 thousand m ³ and an excavated reserve of 641 thousand m ³) and the planned use of the minerals is construction and road construction. The average annual extraction rate applied for is 46 thousand m ³. An environmental permit is requested for a period of 15 years.

Until the the granting or refusal of an environmental permit decision is made, any person has the right to submit reasoned proposals and objections to the To the Environment Agency. Proposals and objections may be submitted orally or in writing to an e-mail address info@keskkonnaamet.ee or to a postal address Paala Road 4, 71014 Viljandi.
The draft of Environmental permit will be announced by the Environmental Agency in the Official Announcements.
