Rapla Vallavalitsus publishes this announcement under Section 128(7) of the planning Act (plans).

Rapla Vallavalitsus announces By Decision No 24 of the Regional Council of Rapla Vallavolikogu of 30 April 2020, the opening of the " Detailplaneik in " was initiated with the preparation of the building plan of Karuoja in accordance with the master plan. The purpose of the plan is to lay down the conditions for the erection of up to two additional individual dwellings on the Karuoja rural area in the village Juula (cadastral mark 67001:008:0012). The planning area of approximately 5.4 ha covers the rural area of Karuoja and partly the village road of Juula. The planning area is bounded to the east and south by the Jürgen countryside, to the north by the Laane and Tamme countryside and to the west by the state forest area.

The need to draw up a zoning plan is apparent from the master plan of the Municipality of Rapla.
