Keskkonnaamet publishes this announcement under paragraph 30(2) of the Rural Law (MaaPS).
 
Keskkonnaamet announces, that aktsiaselts Roger Puit (registry code: 10106076) (address Viljandi maakond, Viljandi linn, Pärnu mnt 24b)the application for a permit to prospect for the Kamal V exploration room submitted by the applicant has been granted.

A geological exploration licence is requested for the cadastral unit Juhani (cadastral identification 71101:004:0174) owned by the applicant in Kamal village, Pärnu County, Saarde. The area covered by the requested survey room is 11.93 ha. It is planned to build up up to 25 wells, up to a maximum of 25 exploration voids and a maximum depth of 10 m. the explored mineral is the building sand. The period of validity of the authorisation applied for shall be 5 years. The test room is called Kamal's V test room. The study is carried out by Maavarauuringud OÜ.
