Keskkonnaamet publishes this announcement under Section 47(2) of the General Law on the Environment (KeÜS).
Keskkonnaamet declares that Mainer OÜ (registry code: 14267391) (address Harju maakond, Tallinn, Mustamäe linnaosa, Mustamäe tee 161-4) the application for an environmental permit to exploit the mineral reserves of the Koller IV gravel quarry, submitted by the applicant, has been granted.
The environmental permit for the mountain allocation of the Koller IV gravel quarry is requested in Põlva County, in the municipality of cannabis, in the village of Saverna, on the land of Tamme on private land (cadastral identification 85603:001:0595, surface area 12,29 ha).
The area of the mountain allocation applied for is 4.76 hectares and that of the service area of the mountain allocation is 5.98 hectares. The extracted minerals are, according to the application, building sand (an active consumable reserve of 5 thousand m ³ and an excavated reserve of 2 thousand m ³), aggregate sand (an active consumable reserve of 7 thousand m ³ and an excavated reserve of 6 thousand m ³) and building gravel (an active consumable reserve of 179 thousand m ³ and an excavated reserve of 166 thousand m ³). The intended use of the mineral resource is for the preparation of building blends and for use in road and civil engineering works. The average annual extraction rate applied for is 12 thousand m ³. An environmental permit is requested for a period of 15 years.

Until the the granting or refusal of an environmental permit decision is made, any person has the right to submit reasoned proposals and objections to the To the Environment Agency. The draft of Environmental permit will be announced by the Environmental Agency in the Official Announcements.
