Keskkonnaamet publishes this announcement under Section 47(2) of the General Law on the Environment (KeÜS).

Keskkonnaamet declares that OÜ Relsiit Haldus (registry code: 12602017) (address Harju maakond, Tallinn, Kesklinna linnaosa, Toompuiestee 21, 10137) the application for an environmental permit to exploit the mineral reserves of the Tornimäe IV sandy quarry, submitted by the applicant, has been granted. The environmental permit for the mountain allocation of the Tornimäe IV sandy quarry is applied for in the Põlva region on the land belonging to the applicant in the area of hemp (cadastral identification 35401:001:0054). The area of the mountain allocation applied for is 2.74 hectares and that of the service area of the mountain allocation is 5.09 hectares. The extracted minerals are, according to the application, aggregates sand (an active consumable reserve of 242 thousand m ³ and an excavated reserve of 184 thousand m ³). The planned area of use of the resource is the road construction and general construction of the region. The average annual extraction rate applied for is 15 thousand m ³. An environmental permit is requested for a period of 15 years.

Until the the granting or refusal of an environmental permit decision is made, any person has the right to submit reasoned proposals and objections to the To the Environment Agency.
