Rapla Vallavalitsus publishes this announcement under Section 139(3) of the planning Act (plans).
Rapla Vallavalitsus announces that the zoning plan " by order No 568 of the Municipality of Rapla of 23 November 2020 (Karuoja) was established in the village Juula on the " of the master plan of the Karuoja rural area (cadastral mark 66904:003:0660).
The purpose of the plan is to lay down the conditions for the construction of residential plots and the construction of two additional individual dwellings. The crossroads of July are extended by two dwellings, which are expected to have positive economic, social and cultural impacts and do not harm the natural environment. The established plan can be consulted https://rapla.kovtp.ee/kehtestamine on the website of the Municipality of Rapla.
