Rapla Vallavalitsus publishes this announcement under Section 128(7) of the planning Act (plans).

Rapla Vallavalitsus announces The launch of the building plan " by Decision No 57 of the Regional Council of Rapla Vallavolikogu of 21 December 2020 in " was initiated in Rapla in the city of Viljandi mnt 7 (cadastral mark 67001:006:0860) with a view to establishing the conditions for the construction of a mixed ground building and related facilities. A new building is planned in place of the existing childcare facility, with the first deck possibly having a business and service and apartments and offices on higher decks. The height and size of the building shall be determined as part of the preparation of the building plan, as well as the conditions to be met by a solution compatible with a site of one million.

The planning area of around 0,4 ha is bounded from the south-west by 6692105 mayors' pavement L1 rural area, from the north-west by Viljandi mnt 5 5 and River tn 6, from the north by Jõe tn 8 and River tn 10, and from the south-east by year tn 5 and from Viljandi mnt 9 9. The zoning plan shall follow the basic design of the master plan.

The need to draw up a zoning plan is apparent from the master plan and the planning law of the Municipality of Rapla.
