Keskkonnaamet publishes this announcement under Section 47(2) of the General Law on the Environment (KeÜS).

Keskkonnaamet declares that REIN TALVISTE (national identification 35505020296) (address ei ole avalik) applies for an environmental permit in Viljandi, in the village of Thällevere, in the village of Thällevere, in the province of Thällevere, for the treatment of ponds on the crane Harbour (registration number 216039, cadastral mark 75903:001:0031), for the extraction of soil estimated at approximately 300 to 400 m3, and for the upstream expansion of the excavation works on the roll at the Tõnuok tap (code 1133603601 Elektrate). The Environment Agency States that the application for a Rhine winter environmental permit has been accepted.

The application environmental permit and other relevant documents are available on digitally.
The application shall be digitally available on in the environmental Decisions INFORMATION system, BAGASSE (https://kotkas.envir.ee), applications and procedures for environmental permits, procedure No M-110863.

Until the the granting or refusal of an environmental permit decision is made, any person has the right to submit reasoned proposals and objections to the On the application to the Environment Agency.
