Keskkonnaamet publishes this announcement under Section 47(2) of the General Law on the Environment (KeÜS).

Keskkonnaamet declares that Eesti Keskkonnateenused AS (registry code: 10277820) (address Harju maakond, Tallinn, Kristiine linnaosa, Artelli tn 15) requests a special permit for the use of water in the soil for the discharge of rainfall waters from the large-Jaan waste facility in the municipality of Viljandi, in the municipality of Sakala, on the site of the waste plant in Pärnu tn 35 (registration No 3774039, cadastral mark 75901:004:0129).

The application environmental permit and other relevant documents are available on in the environmental decision information system, BAGGED at https://kotkas.envir.ee/.
The application shall be digitally available on in the environmental Decisions INFORMATION system, A BAG WAS https://kotkas.envir.ee/ at the address under procedure No M-114844.

Until the the granting or refusal of an environmental permit decision is made, any person has the right to submit reasoned proposals and objections to the On the application to the Environment Agency. Proposals and objections may be submitted orally or in writing to an e-mail address info@keskkonnaamet.ee or to a postal address Mill 32, 50409 Tartu. 

The draft of Environmental permit will be announced by the Environmental Agency in the Official Announcements.
