Keskkonnaamet publishes this announcement under Section 47(2) of the General Law on the Environment (KeÜS).

Keskkonnaamet declares that osaühing Eesti Höövelliist (registry code: 10106065) (address Ruusi tee 12, Päraküla, Põhja-Sakala vald, Viljandi maakond) the request for amendment of environmental permit No L.V/325284 has been accepted. The request for amendment of environmental permit No L.V/325284 covers the following activities: specific water use and the release of pollutants from a stationary emission source into the ambient air.
The company requests the amendment of environmental permit No L.V/325284 FOR the installation located at Ruusi tee 12, Päraküla, the municipality of North Sakala, Viljandi Region (cadastral identification 75801:001:0619). Its main activity is the production of profile shapes. From the installation's activities, pollutants are discharged into the ambient air from the application of production surface coating and from the operation of combustion plants in the boiler, and the rainfall water is discharged from the industrial territory to the receiving waters with two rainfall-water outlet, a stream of Lõhavere.

Until the the granting or refusal of an environmental permit decision is made, any person has the right to submit reasoned proposals and objections to the On the application to the Environment Agency.
