Sotsiaalministeerium publishes this announcement under paragraph 4(5) of the collective Agreement Act (KLS).

Confederation of Estonian employers and Confederation of Estonian Trade unions agreed on the following:

1. Fixing, as from 01 January 2022, a minimum wage of EUR 654 for full-time work and a minimum hourly wage of EUR 3.86.
2. Extend the wage conditions fixed in paragraph 1 of this Agreement within the meaning of paragraph 4(4) of the Law on collective agreements and make them compulsory for all employers and employees operating in the Republic of Estonia within the meaning of the Law on employment contracts.
