Keskkonnaamet publishes this announcement under paragraph 30(2) of the Rural Law (MaaPS).
 
Keskkonnaamet announces, that osaühing ASB Greenworld Eesti (registry code: 10468649) (address Pakketsehhi, Nurme küla, Tori vald 85004 Pärnu maakond)the application for authorisation to prospect for the Nurme or exploration room submitted (registered in the environmental decision information system on 27.10.2021 by document DM-116155-3) has been accepted. Authorisation to prospect for the Nurme or exploration room is sought in the municipality of Pärnu, branch, in the village of Nurme, in the district of Halinga, on 185 plots of land (cadastral code 80901:001:0633, the Ministry of the Environment of the manager, the authorised authority of the State Forest Management Centre) and in the village of Lemmetsa western, which, according to the current administrative section, lies within the boundaries of the town of Pärnu, Audru Forest 84 and Audru 160 plots (cadastral references 15904:001:0374 and 15904:001:0394, Government Ministry of Environment, Delegated Authority, State Riigimetsa Majandamise Keskus). The area served by the requested survey room overlaps with 34 blocks of the active reserve of well-degraded peat at at Lavassaare (registry card No 0197), 35 blocks of the active reserve of low-severity peat, 98 and 101 blocks of the active reserve of well-degraded peat and 99 and 100 blocks of the active reserve of low-severity peat, partially overlaps with each of those blocks. The requested Nurme VI test room and its catchment area are 135.82 ha. This is a consumable stock survey, which plans to build up up up to 60 wells. The exploration depth shall be no more than 5 m. the resources to be studied shall be peat. The period of validity of the authorisation applied for shall be 2 years. The study is carried out by OÜ Inseneribüroo STEIGER (registration code 11206437, address Männviisi 104/5, Nõmme Town, Tallinn 11216 Harju County). The catchment area of the requested survey room is adjacent to the existing Nurme peat production area (license No KMIN-127; licensee OSAÜHING ASB Greenworld Eesti) and Nurme III peat production area (license No L.MK/333334; licensee OÜ ASB Greenworld Eesti) with mountain allocations and their catchment areas. In addition, at the north-east of the area covered by the requested survey room, the Nurme IV cod production area (applicant TorfEst OÜ), which is pending before the Environment Agency, is adjacent to the mountain allocation and its catchment area.
