Keskkonnaamet publishes this announcement under Section 47(2) of the General Law on the Environment (KeÜS).

Keskkonnaamet declares that on menetlusse võtnud AS Utilitas Eesti (registry code: 10419088) (address Maakri tn 19/1, Kesklinna linnaosa, Tallinn, Harju maakond) the request for amendment of environmental permit No L.V/323401 submitted by the applicant and the associated draft emission allowances (registered Environment Agency environmental Decisions INFORMATION system, BAGASSE (https://kotkas.envir.ee) 20.01.2022 with number DM-116902-9). The company applies for an environmental permit for the installation, located at aaia tn 50, Jõgeva Municipality, Jõgeva County (cadastral title 24901:001:0210). The request for amendment of the environmental permit shall cover the following activities: specific water use and the release of pollutants into the ambient air from a stationary emission source. Its main activity is the supply of steam and air conditioning. From the operation of the plant, pollutants are released into the ambient air from the operation of combustion plants in the boiler. There is a drilling well on the premises of the plant, the water from which is used for rotary filling in the boiler house, for the washing of thermal equipment, for the laundry of filters and for household purposes. The installation is also connected to the urban public water supply and the waste water generated by the installation is discharged into the municipal sewerage system.

The application shall be digitally available on The environmental decision information system of the Environment Agency https://kotkas.envir.ee UNDER the heading “environmental permits” and “applications and procedures for environmental permits” under the procedural number M-116902, where the application can be found under document T-KL/1008916-3.

Until the amendment of the environmental permit decision is made, any person has the right to submit reasoned proposals and objections to the On the application to the Environment Agency. Proposals and objections may be submitted orally or in writing to an e-mail address info@keskkonnaamet.ee or to a postal address Paala Road 4, 71014 Viljandi.
