by order of 19.10.2023 No 2-23-13090, the debtor PEETER LARVEN (national identification 39112024911), was prohibited from disposing of the assets total without the consent of the provisional liquidator (§ 20(1) of PankrS). Consider Peter Larven's application for insolvency for debt restructuring. Appoint trustee Svetlana Pilden as trustee of debtor Peter Larven with written consent (Business Law firm OÜ, email Svetlana. pilen @haldur. just). Prohibit the debtor from disposing of property without the consent of the trustee.
