Tartu Maakohus (Tartu kohtumaja) publishes this announcement under Subsection 8 of § 100³ of the Bankruptcy Act (PankrS).

By order of 23.04.2024 in civil proceedings No 2-23-2568, the list of creditors submitted by the debtor's, Aivo Pärn (national identification 36802262761) (in bankruptcy), trustee, was confirmed.

An appeal against a ruling by which a court has approved a list of creditors may be filed by the trustee, the debtor who filed an objection, the creditor who filed or received an objection and the creditor whose request for restoring the claim was not satisfied may lodge an appeal within 15 days of service of the order (paragraph 100³ (7) of the PankrS, paragraph 661(2) of the TsMS).
