The bailiff sell the following assets in a https://www.oksjonikeskus.ee in the auction environment of the Chamber of bailiffs and bankruptcy administrators electronic auction:
A point of magnitude of 3/20 belonging to Anna Arent ' on 20.12.2009.a. about the commonality of the deceased VLADIMIR ARENT (personal identification code 35605255719).

As far as the bailiff is aware, the following assets belonging to the joint property of the bequeather and his or her spouse shall be included in the joint estate of the estate:
1. Registered immovable entered in register part No 2127640 of the land registry department of Tartu County Court, dedicated residential land 100%, seat Valga County, Valga Rural Municipality, Valga City, Viljandi tn 42, cadastral indicator 85401:002:1970, area 955 m ².

Pursuant to subsection 130 (1) of the succession Act (Pärs), all the rights and obligations of the bequeather belong to the estate society, except those which are inherently related to the person of the bequeather or which, pursuant to law, cannot be transferred from one person to another.
The actuator does not have information on the conduct of the inventory of the estate.
The estate went to succession between five co-successors.
The bailiff has no other information concerning the assets and obligations of the bequeather.
