The bailiff sell the following assets in a https://www.oksjonikeskus.ee in the auction environment of the Chamber of bailiffs and bankruptcy administrators electronic auction:
A notional share of one-tenth (1/2) belonging to the debtor from 01.12.2014.a. deceased ALEKSANDER SEMJONOV from the community of the estate.

According to the certificate of succession issued by Jõhvi notary Andrei Lõssenko on 13.03.2017.a. under register No 323 of notarial activity book:

1/2 for Irina Lefinskaya;
1/2 in size in a meaningful part to Antonina Semyonova -

Pursuant to subsection 130 (1) of the succession Act (Pärs), all the rights and obligations of the bequeather belong to the estate society, except those which are inherently related to the person of the bequeather or which, pursuant to law, cannot be transferred from one person to another.

As far as the bailiff is aware, the following assets belonging to the joint property of the bequeather and his or her spouse shall be included in the joint estate of the estate:
1. Apartment ownership No 16 entered in the register part of the land registry department of Tartu County Court No 1614407, special purpose residential land 100%, seat Ida-Viru County, Kohtla-Järve town, Ahtme district, broken road 96, cadastral code 32202:002:0021, area 50.30 m ².
