The bailiff sell the following assets in a https://www.oksjonikeskus.ee in the auction environment of the Chamber of bailiffs and bankruptcy administrators electronic auction:
Built-up residential land, registration No 467335, Jõgeva County, Jõgeva Rural Municipality, Raadivere village, Suur-Madise. 8650 m2. According to the information of the register of construction works located on the registered immovable:
2-storey residential building (under-building area 87,3 m2),
barn garage (under-building area 236,4 m2),
sauna (area under construction 54.7 m2),
AIT garage (area under construction 125,4 m2),
wood shed (under-building surface 49,7 m2),
shed (area under construction 10.8 m2).

In Division 3 of the register part, entry No 1 includes a right of use for an unspecified term, a personal right to be transferred in favour of the private limited company distribution network (reg.koo d 11050857, asuk.
