Redgate capital (registry code 11532616, Pärnu mnt 10, Tallinn, 10148, acquiring company) declares that it has been joined by NVA capital OÜ (registry code 11512128, deleted) and Redgate consulting OÜ (registry code 12735534, deleted). Following the merger, the acquiring company continues to operate under the corporate name of the public limited company Redgate capital.

Creditors of companies are requested to lodge their claims for security within six months of the date of publication of this notice (paragraph 399(1) of the ÄS).
