The Environment Agency publishes a notice pursuant to paragraph 30(2) of the Land Law (MaaPS).
The Environment Agency States that the application for authorisation to PROSPECT SUBMITTED by OÜ ORGITA DOLOMITE PRODUCTS (registry code: 10713994) (address: Kulliaasa, Sulu village, Municipality of Märjamaa, County Rapla, 78253) was accepted in the
.
The geological survey is applied for in the village of Orgita, County Märjamaa, County Rapla, Cadastral Division 23 (Cadastritus 50402:001:0181), which is owned by the Republic of Estonia, the Ministry of the Environment and the Centre for the Riigimetsa Majandamise Keskus (RMK) as the authorised authority, and the Cadastral Division 50402:001:0940 (Cadastral Division 50402:001:0940), which is owned by the Republic of Estonia, the Ministry of the Environment and the authorised
Authority.
The area covered by the survey room applied for is 12.67 ha. This is a consumables survey which plans to build up up up to 12 wells and up to 18 exploration cavities. The exploration depth is up to 15 m. dolomite is the target mineral. The period of validity of the authorisation applied for shall be 4 years. The test room is called Orgita or test room. The investigator is Mäebüroo Nord OÜ.
The application for authorisation to prospect and other relevant documents can be consulted at the Office of the Environment Agency, Rapla (Tallinna mnt 14, 79513, Rapla; rapla@keskkonnaamet.ee; 484 1171).
The application shall be digitally accessible from the Register of documents of the Environment Agency at http://dhs-ADR-kea.envir.ee/
until a decision on the granting or refusal of a permit for prospecting has been taken, everyone shall have the right to submit reasoned proposals and objections to the application to the Environment Agency. Proposals and objections may be submitted orally or in writing to an e-mail address at the rapla@keskkonnaamet.ee or postal address Tallinna mnt 14, 79513, Rapla.
The draft prospecting permit shall be further notified by the Environment Agency in the Official Gazette Ametlikud Teadaanded.
