The Environment Agency publishes a notice pursuant to paragraph 30(2) of the Land Law (MaaPS).
The Environment Agency States that the application for a geological exploration permit submitted by TM Energy OÜ (registry code: 10828349) (address: Veski 17A, Põltsamaa City, Jõgeva County, 48106) (registered under document management system of the Environment Agency 13.10.2016 No 12-1/16/762) was admitted to the procedure.
The geological survey is requested in the municipality of Ambla, Järva, in the village of Roosna, in the cadastral parcel Kungla (cadastral identification 13402:003:0770) and in the cadastral parcel Kruusiaugu (cadastral identification 13402:003:0581). Both properties are owned by TM Energy OÜ. The exploration room partially overlaps with the Liivaku gravel deposit (registry card No 0902), which has been granted the mining permit No JARM-029 for the Liivaku gravel quarry. The area covered by the requested survey room is 19.80 ha. This is a consumables survey which plans to build up up up to 25 wells and up to 35 exploration cavities. The exploration depth is up to 13 m. the surveyed minerals are a building gravel and a filling gravel. The period of validity of the authorisation applied for shall be 2 years. The test room is called the Liivaku III test room. The survey is carried out by the OSU in the Estonian Geological Centre.
The application for authorisation to prospect and other relevant documents can be consulted at the Office of the Environment Agency, Rapla (Tallinna mnt 14, 79513, Rapla; pohja@keskkonnaamet.ee; 484 1171).
The application shall be digitally accessible from the Register of documents of the Environment Agency at http://dhs-ADR-kea.envir.ee/
until a decision to grant or refuse authorisation for prospecting has been taken, everyone shall have the right to submit reasoned proposals and objections to the Environment Agency. Proposals and objections may be submitted orally or in writing to an e-mail address at the pohja@keskkonnaamet.ee or postal address Tallinna mnt 14, 79513, Rapla.
The draft prospecting permit shall be further notified by the Environment Agency in the Official Gazette Ametlikud Teadaanded.
